EJIGBO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION OAU CHAPTER Atmospheric greetings to you all my powerful comrades of our great association. We use this medium to salute you and endeavour you to prepare hard for your tests as well as your exams for *when you fail to plan you plan to fail*. We believe we will all succeed excellently. Also, we inform you that the Public Relations Officer of our noble association needs three devoted members who can work voluntarily to promote the effective circulation of information and also develop our blog www.elgasaoau.blogspot.com which has been dormant for a while. Members who are interested in this should contact the P.R.O. Furthermore, we wish you all to continue supporting us and we promise we won't let you down as a lot of upcoming events are yet to be unveiled. The meeting started at exactly 5:30pm with the welcoming address issued by the President, Com Odemakinde Taiwo. He appreciated all the members present for their usual support and urged that they continue to support this administration till it reaches the expected end. He also urged the members who have not been active to start being active because the activities of ELGASA OAU is towards the development of our fatherland. MATTERS ARISING; FINANCIAL REPORT The President presented the financial report sent by the former administration to members for evaluation. Members rejected the financial report stating that for a financial statement to be valid for evaluation, it must have the signature of both the President and the Financial Secretary. Since the Financial Secretary is yet to append his signature, members agreed that the financial report be rejected, mandating it for the former President, Com Yusuf Muideen together with his financial secretary to be present during the next meeti
